Job summary

INITIA Group is seeking a channel manager to drive online and retail sales across Singapore and Malaysia. You will handle Shopee/Lazada operations, plan pricing and promotions, and report on channel performance to optimize revenue.

The role requires 3–4 years in e-commerce or retail channels, hands-on platform experience in SG/MY, and openness to international travel; Korean collaboration is a strong plus for SKU development.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience operating e-commerce or retail channels.
• Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms in Singapore/Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel internationally as needed.
• Genuine interest in K-beauty/K-products.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for online commerce and retail channels (B2B opportunities included).
• Plan channel-specific pricing policies and promotions.
• Monitor and report on key channel performance metrics (sales, profit, etc.).
• Manage channel-specific customer inquiries and requests.
