You are required to provide administrative and operational support for the team, including handling pre-order pickups, verifying customer orders, and ensure efficient order management at fulfillment kiosks. You will also assist with order-related enquiries from customers. This role requires accuracy, customer service skills, and the ability to manage inventory tracking systems.

During the race, you are required to report fulfillment issues or system discrepancies to the Zone Manager, and maintain an organised and efficient pick-up system to reduce waiting time for guests.
