Job summary

Singapore GP Pte Ltd, the race promoter for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix, seeks a dynamic Retail Booth Supervisor for 2026. You will oversee the end-to-end operations of designated event booths, ensure top-notch customer service, drive daily execution, and hit sales objectives.

You will lead a retail team, manage stocking, merchandising, POS cash handling, and ensure compliance with event SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, stock security, pricing accuracy, and promotional displays.
• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, reconciliations, and adherence to procedures.
• Resolve customer enquiries and operational issues, escalating to the Zone Manager when necessary.
• Conduct team briefings, monitor performance, provide updates to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional retail environment and support stock-taking.

You will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of retail operations for designated event booths, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily execution, and achievement of sales objectives.
