Our mission

  • Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service to every visitor, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
  • Drive sales by demonstrating superior product knowledge, engagement, and an entrepreneurial mindset on the sales floor
  • Guide and support new and junior team members by sharing effective selling strategies, upselling techniques, and actionable tips to drive business
  • Take the lead in achieving and exceeding both individual and team sales and KPI goals
  • Model a transparent and authentic approach with customers, focusing on building strong relationships that lead to repeat business
  • Communicate openly and professionally with clients and colleagues to optimize store performance
  • Identify business opportunities and work closely with Key Account Manager(s) and Field Sales Supervisor to maximize conversion rates
  • Maintain a proactive presence on the floor to identify and capitalize on shopper needs, ensuring that each interaction leads to a tailored product recommendation
  • Support operational routines as needed, including merchandising, store upkeep, and adherence to all company policies and operational procedures
  • Reinforce Dyson’s values and culture through strong work ethic and consistent results

About You

  • 4+ years’ professional Retail Sales experience, providing high-quality service focused on client needs. Experience in Beauty, Tech products and prestige luxury brands an asset
  • Have a natural business mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record in achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Strong team spirit to achieve common goals – build strong relationships within Dyson as well as with our third-party retail partners
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and understands when to seek guidance
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, & with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with an adaptable approach to selling
  • At ease with using tools and applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc)
  • Comfortable in working retail hours (including weekends, holidays), up to 8 hours per shift
