Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE developer in Singapore to translate complex requirements into robust CRM solutions within the Microsoft technology stack.

You will participate in configuration management, unit and integration testing, and maintain comprehensive system documentation while ensuring security guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, CRM 2016/2015.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/SharePoint related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse process/program specifications and translate to program codes following guidelines and best practices.
• Make changes to configurable items including hardware, software, and documentation; manage configuration controls & audits.
• Develop unit test packages, execute tests and document results to ensure software quality.
• Assist in integration testing, system testing, UAT and implementation to resolve issues in production.
• Investigate reported problems and initiate amendments and testing to ensure system efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Translate functional requirements into application design using established methodologies.
• Ensure codes comply with company security guidelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyse process/program specifications & translate specifications to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and programming best practices
• Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls & audits
• Develop unit test package, execute tests & document test results to ensure the quality of the program
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) & implementation activities to fix the reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environment
• Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently
• Prepare & maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Analyse functional requirements to translate into application design using established design methodologies and guidelines
• Ensure codes comply with company security guidelines
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, CRM 2016/2015.
• Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/SharePoint related technologies
• Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript
