Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels required.
• Good verbal communication and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer enquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Carry out store opening and closing activities.
• Perform various sales functions including approaching customers, providing product advice, promoting products and services, handling customer objections, upselling and cross-selling, and closing sales.
• Issue memos for cashier payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and refresh merchandise displays to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency.
• Manage stock inventory, including stock-taking, replenishment and transfers.
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned.
