• Handle customer inquiries, requests, exchanges, and returns professionally.
• Support inventory checking, stock counting, and receiving new merchandise.
• Work with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service and store operations.
