Job summary

Crestar Education Group is seeking a passionate Hip Hop/Street Dance educator to deliver high-energy, structured classes and coach students for performances and examinations. Classes occur on weekday evenings and weekends, with school holiday programmes as needed.

The role requires strong Hip Hop background, ability to choreograph for different ages, and excellent communication with parents. Training and diverse incentive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching Hip Hop to diverse ages.
• Strong Hip Hop training and performance background.
• Track record in competitions is an advantage.
• Diploma in Dance is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured Hip Hop, Street Dance and Kpop classes.
• Prepare students for performances, exams and showcases.
• Coach students for concerts, recitals and competitions.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and manage student progress.
• Support centre operations and classroom management.
