The role requires ECDA EY2/L1/L2 certification or higher, and Advanced Certificates or Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Strong teamwork and passion for early childhood development are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified by ECDA with EY2 / L1 / L2.
• Advanced certificates or diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Passionate about working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with the centre’s curricula and policies.
• Design and create a safe, inclusive, engaging and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress regularly.
• Manage all aspects of classroom operations with positive guidance strategies.
• Perform daily caregiving tasks to ensure children’s safety, health, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the team to carry out responsibilities.
• Build partnerships with families.
