Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement classroom programmes following centre policies and the ECDA framework to ensure curriculum compliance and quality learning outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes children’s curiosity and active learning.
• Chart developmental progress and prepare detailed portfolios for each child.
• Partner closely with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and involvement in school events.
• Foster teamwork and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues.
