Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a DTP Desktop Publishing Admin Assistant based in Bukit Merah to support the production of educational publications. You will coordinate with editors, graphic designers, and printers to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed on time.

The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma, be meticulous, and have experience in publishing. Familiarity with design software like Adobe InDesign is a plus. This permanent role offers a working schedule of Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma holder.
Experience in publishing, print operations, project coordination, or administrative support is advantageous.
Meticulous with strong organisational abilities and effective time-management skills.
With proofreading experience is a plus.
Familiar with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

Support in the end-to-end production of educational publications.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Support page layout preparation, proofreading activities, and quality checks.
Plan and track production timelines and monitor ongoing assignments.
Maintain and organise production-related records and documentation.
Provide general administrative support as required.
