is seeking a Junior DTP Graphic Designer to handle print-ready artwork from concept through production, ensuring brand standards and technical specs are met for diverse print and digital media. You will refine images, perform colour correction (CMYK), prepare files for digital, offset and large-format printing, conduct pre-flight checks, and liaise with Sales and Production to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, DTP, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in printing or pre-press is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of colour correction, colour management, and pre-press processes.
  • Experience preparing print-ready artwork with bleed, crop marks, and packaging files.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Experience in DTP or print production is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, finalize, and manage print-ready artwork from concept to production.
  • Perform colour correction and image enhancement for print output.

Join Our DTP Team as a Junior DTP Graphic Designer! This role focuses on preparing, finalizing, and managing print-ready artwork from concept to production. The primary goal is to ensure all design files meet technical specifications and brand standards for various print and digital media. What you’ll Do
  • Perform colour correction and image enhancement to ensure accurate and consistent print output.

  • Prepare and edit artwork for digital, offset, and large-format printing.

  • Check and adjust artwork for colour profiles (CMYK), resolution, bleed, crop marks, and print specifications.

  • Create and modify existing artwork based on client requirements.

  • Prepare print-ready files and conduct pre-flight checks before production.

  • Produce simple mock-ups and assist with artwork layout when required.

  • Liaise with the Sales, Production, and Project teams to ensure artwork is completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Troubleshoot artwork and file issues to ensure smooth production.

  • Maintain organised artwork files and follow company quality standards.

  • Assist with ad-hoc artwork and production-related tasks as assigned.

What We’re looking for
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, DTP, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the printing or pre-press industry will have an added advantage.

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  • Good understanding of colour correction, colour management, print production, and pre-press processes.

  • Familiar with preparing print-ready artwork, including bleed, crop marks, image resolution, and file packaging.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Experience in DTP or print production is an advantage.
