• Bachelor's degree in engineering in Electronic, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Physics, Automation or related fields.

• At least 2 years of relevant semiconductor foundry experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inline SPC/defect/equipment abnormalities and handle lots on a daily basis.
• Maintain equipment capability to meet production demand.
• Coordinate with production line and process engineers to balance tool availability and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and drive production quality improvements.
• Evaluate new equipment/materials and plan retrofits for efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

1. Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
2. Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
3. Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
4. Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
5. Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality

Qualifications

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in engineering in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering ,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering
2. Able to think critically with strong analytical skills
3. Possess good communication skills and time management skills
4. Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities will be an advantage
5. Must be willing to commit shift work
6. At least2years with relevant working experience in semiconductor industry foundry
