Job summary

Talent Titans is seeking a Technical Vessel Operations Analyst (Dry Bulk) in Singapore. The role supports the owner with fleet certification tracking, reporting, and performance reviews across multiple stakeholders in a busy maritime environment.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with Marine Studies preference, has 3–5 years in the dry bulk sector, and excels in data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This is a full-time permanent position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Graduate, with preference in Marine Studies.
• 3–5 years of technical experience in the dry bulk industry preferred.
• Good understanding of vessel operations, planned maintenance systems, statutory compliance and classification requirements.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, RightShip requirements and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track class, statutory, trading and insurance certification across the fleet.
• Prepare daily fleet status reports and weekly safety and performance reports for management and commercial teams.
• Work with ship managers and the fleet efficiency team on performance reviews, inspections, dry-dockings and OPEX budgets.
