Job summary

Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte Ltd is seeking a Class 4 & 5 Driver cum Warehouse Assistant in Singapore. You will operate a 24‑feet lorry, assist with loading/unloading, and coordinate logistics with clients on-site.

Required are a valid Singapore driving license, familiarity with local routes, and English/Mandarin communication. Warehouse experience is a plus; physical fitness and a proactive attitude are essential for safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Class 4/5 Singapore driving license with 24 feet lorry experience.
• Familiar with Singapore routes and driving conditions.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin for client liaison.
• Warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Physically fit for lifting and carrying heavy goods.
• Positive work attitude, committed and diligent.

Responsibilities

• Daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Load packaging materials, tooling, and equipment onto the lorry.
• Ensure packaging materials are weighed and handed to Logistics.
• Safe driving and compliance with traffic laws; report incidents.
• Provide on-site support (crushing HDDs/tape drives) or degaussing.
• Assist loading customer goods at customer sites.
• Obtain customer's signature with date/time on requests.
• Ensure collection matches advice; call back if needed.
• Fill goods custody form and hand to GRN for follow-up.
• Secure loads with straps and comply with safety regulations.

About the role

Class 4 & 5 Driver cum Warehouse Assistant role involving vehicle operation, warehouse support, and logistics coordination. The position requires safe driving, loading and unloading of goods, on-site support activities, and adherence to safety compliance and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Daily vehicle maintenance checks

• Loading packaging materials, tooling, and equipment to lorry

• Ensure all packaging materials are weighted and hand over to Logistic

• Safe drive and follow all applicable traffic and driving laws, staying aware of and reporting any incidents on the road

• Provide on-site support (e.g. crushing HDDs / tape drives) or degaussing activities

• Assist loading customer goods at customer site

• Ensure obtains customer's signature (included date / times) for customer request form

• Ensure the collection has no discrepancies (matching with the collection advice) and if any call back for confirmation

• Fill in the goods collection custody form and hand over to GRN personnel for follow up action

• Ensure proper fasten straps to secure load and that transportation meets safety compliance and regulations

About you

• Class 4 and Class 5 Singapore driving license with 24 feet lorry experience

• Familiar with Singapore route

• Able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients

• Warehouse experience advantage

• Physically fit, as carrying of heavy goods is needed
