Responsibilities

• Deliver goods, parcels, food, or products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Load and unload items from the vehicle.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
• Verify delivery orders and ensure correct items are delivered.
• Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery when required.
• Handle cash collections and submit payments accurately (if applicable).
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Report delivery issues, vehicle problems, accidents, or delays to the supervisor.
• Assist with packing, sorting, and inventory checks when necessary.
• Ensure the security and proper handling of goods during transportation.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
