Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, following all traffic laws.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle.
• Deliver goods or transport passengers to destinations on time and safely.
• Plan routes efficiently to minimize delays and optimize fuel consumption.
• Complete delivery and trip documentation accurately and promptly.

1. Safe and Responsible Driving:

• Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, following all traffic laws and regulations.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods or safe transportation of passengers to their destinations.
• Plan routes efficiently to minimize delays and optimize fuel consumption.

3. Vehicle Maintenance:

• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to the appropriate authorities and ensure necessary repairs are carried out.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as refueling, oil changes, and tire checks.

4. Customer Service:

• Interact professionally with customers and passengers, providing assistance as needed.
• Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor during all interactions.

5. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery logs, mileage records, and incident reports.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries or passenger trips.

6. Adherence to Company Policies:

• Comply with company policies and procedures related to vehicle operation, safety, and security.
• Follow specific delivery instructions and protocols, if applicable.
