Personal & Company Driver / Family & Operations Driver
We are looking for a responsible, reliable and experienced driver to support both the family and company operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of the employer's three children, transportation and delivery of company materials, and assisting the employer with business-related trips, including visiting markets, suppliers and other locations.
This position requires a person who is punctual, trustworthy, careful, flexible and willing to assist with both driving and basic operational duties.
1. School & Family Transportation
Fetch and send three children to and from school according to their daily schedules.
Ensure children arrive at school and return home safely and on time.
Assist with transportation for tuition, activities, appointments and other family-related trips when required.
Ensure the children are safely seated and comply with vehicle safety requirements.
Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable vehicle environment.
Inform the employer immediately of any delay, traffic incident or emergency.
2. Company Material Collection & Delivery
Collect and deliver construction materials, aluminium, glass, hardware, tools and other company items.
Travel to suppliers, factories, warehouses, construction sites and project locations.
Check quantities and condition of materials before collection/delivery.
Obtain delivery orders, invoices or acknowledgement documents where required.
Assist with loading and unloading of light materials when required and where it is safe to do so.
Ensure materials are transported securely to avoid damage.
3. Support the Boss / Business Trips
Drive and accompany the boss to markets, suppliers, shops, factories, project sites and business appointments.
Assist the boss when purchasing materials or visiting suppliers.
Help to collect quotations, samples, catalogues or other business materials when required.
Wait for and transport the boss according to the agreed schedule.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's family and business matters.
4. Vehicle Responsibilities
Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
Conduct basic daily checks, including tyres, fuel, lights, engine condition and other obvious issues.
Send the vehicle for servicing, inspection or maintenance when instructed.
Report any accident, damage, warning light or mechanical problem immediately.
Follow Singapore traffic laws and drive safely at all times.
Maintain proper records of servicing, fuel and other vehicle-related matters where required.
5. General Assistance
Assist with reasonable errands related to the employer's family and company operations.
Be flexible when there are changes to school schedules, delivery schedules or business appointments.
Perform other reasonable driving-related duties assigned by the employer.
Required:
Valid Singapore driving licence appropriate for the vehicle assigned.
At least 3–5 years of driving experience preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore roads and locations.
Safe and defensive driving habits.
Reliable and punctual.
Good communication skills.
Able to use Google Maps / GPS / Waze.
Physically fit enough to assist with loading and unloading light materials.
Comfortable handling both family transportation and company delivery duties.
Clean driving record preferred.
Must be comfortable working around children and understand the importance of safety and confidentiality.
