Job summary

CHIN LEONG CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a junior draughtsman / project admin to support shop and detail drawings, AS-Built updates and AutoCAD submissions. You will assist in site meetings, coordinate tasks, and help with overall project administration from the Singapore base.

The role requires English proficiency, relevant safety training, and a Class 3 driving license. A team-oriented, proactive attitude is essential for successful collaboration on site projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the English language.
• Possess Secondary/ITE/ITC/NTC qualifications.
• Completion of Building Construction Safety Course and Work-at-height Course for Supervisors.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shop drawing, detail drawing and AS-Built drawing using AutoCAD including submission.
• Attend site meetings and assist project coordination.
• Assist in project administration.
• Handle other tasks as advised by Project Manager.

Job Scope:

• Assisting in shop drawing, detail drawing and AS-Built drawing using Auto Cad including submission.
• Assisting to attend site meeting and project co ordination
• Assisting in project administration
• Any other matters as advised by the Project Manager

Requirement:

• Min Secondary School/ITE/ITC/NTC Posses
• Building Construction Supervision Safety Course
• Work-at-height Course for Supervisors
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license.
