Job summary

CTRLPLUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a CAD/BIM drafter to translate design concepts into detailed construction and shop drawings. You will prepare Combined Services Drawings and Reflected Ceiling Plans while ensuring accuracy and quality across CAD/BIM deliverables.

Responsibilities include reviewing MEP clashes, updating drawings, and delivering as-built documentation, with involvement in project meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Electrical, Architecture, CAD/BIM or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction drawings to shop drawings with sections and elevations.
• Prepare Combined Services Drawing and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Review clashes and penetrations of MEP services.
• Ensure CAD/BIM drawings meet quality standards.
• Prepare as-built drawings including OMM and submission.
• Modify and revise drawings as needed.
• Document and update all drawings.
• Provide timely technical assistance to the team.
• Participate in project meetings as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop construction drawing to shop drawings with sections and elevations

• Review and analyse clashing and penetrations of MEP services
• Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD/BIM drawings
• Prepare as-built drawings including OMM preparation and submission
• Modify and revise the drawings accordingly.
• Documentation and update all drawings
• Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team
• Participate in project meetings as required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical or Electrical, Architecture, CAD/BIM or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Meticulous and sensitive with numbers.
