Job summary

A human resource consultancy firm is seeking a Drafter for physical security systems in Singapore. The position involves creating and reviewing drawings based on project requirements while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in relevant fields and be proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit. The role offers a monthly salary of up to $3500 along with bonuses and allowances, and working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Draft designs for physical security systems on BIM.
• Produce drawings based on project requirements.
• Review and amend drawings provided by clients/consultants.
• Ensure timely completion of required drawings.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in the drafting process.
• Match drawings to actual installations at project site.
• Attend site meetings and carry out measurements.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• 1 Year Contract (Renewable & Convertible)
• Ang Mo Kio & Project Site
• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
• Up to $3500 + CB + VB + Travel Allowance

Responsibilities

• Drafter for physical security systems on BIM, for submission
• Prepare and produce drawings in accordance to project requirements
• Review, clarify and amend the drawings/plan provided by clients/consultants
• Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in the drafting process
• Responsible to match drawing and measurement to actual installation at project site
• Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements
• Work with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Period

• 1 Year Contract (Renewable & Convertible)

Location

• Up to $3500 + Completion Bonus + Variable Bonus + $550 Travel Allowance

Working Hours

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Requirements
