Job summary

ENVIPURE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-qualified drafting professional to design and detail water treatment and related systems. You will prepare CAD drawings, BOMs, GA/layouts, and isometrics from CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or Cadworx.

You will coordinate project progress, prepare budgets and reports, and ensure timely completion through close collaboration with engineers and procurement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or a Professional certificate/Nitec or equivalent with minimum 3 year of drafting experience.
• Experience in using drafting software like AutoCAD, Inventor, but advantage if Cadworx experience or equivalent.
• Prefer experience in Water treatment/ Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Power Plant/ Pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and detail CAD drawings for water treatment systems (e.g. chemical dosing, RO skid, dem in plant & piping) & air pollution control systems (e.g. scrubbers & ductworks)
• Prepare documentation for mechanical drawings and BOMs
• Prepare and check GA & layout drawings of ducting, piping, equipment
• Preparing Material take-off from given drawing such as P&ID, G.A or ISO drawing
• Plan and co-ordinate on the project progress and schedule and ensure timely completion
• Attend project meeting and prepare report for project progress update
• Prepare project budget and cost estimation
• Coordinate and plan to achieve project milestones, project deliverables and schedule monitoring
• Manage, control and monitor all project activities such as engineering design, site execution, testing and commissioning of project
• Prepare / review as built iso for claim purpose, follow up with client for any outstanding DO issue
• To prepare progress claim report and submit progress claim documents according to client requirement
• To prepare operations and maintenance manual after project completion
• To coordinate with inter-departments for operations matters (procurement, engineering, group office)

• More advantage if knowledge in preparing 3D drawing and isometric drawing from Cad software (such as Cadworx or Autocad & Autocad inventor) but optional.
