Job summary
Xing Wei Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced DP Consultant / DP Engineer to join our DP Consulting Team.
You will support and execute DP consultancy and engineering assignments with technical independence, including DP system testing, FMEA studies, and vessel assurance activities. Based in Vision Exchange, Jurong East, the role requires 3–6 years in DP or related marine/offshore engineering, a valid IMCA DP certification, and strong reporting and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Marine, Electrical, Mechanical, or Control & Automation Engineering.
- Valid IMCA DP certification/qualification.
- 3–6 years of DP or related marine/offshore experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to travel internationally and work onboard vessels.
Responsibilities
- Execute DP consultancy and engineering projects.
- Participate in DP FMEA studies, trials, and vessel assurance.
- Conduct DP system testing, troubleshooting, and assessments.
- Prepare and review technical reports and DP documentation.
- Support vessel inspections and provide client technical support.
- Liaise with clients and project teams on technical matters.
- Support senior consultants and take responsibility for projects.
