Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a DP Project Engineer to support DP system testing, documentation, and vessel sea trials. The role involves hands-on marine engineering, travel abroad, and coordination with international clients on offshore vessel operations.

Based in Vision Exchange, Jurong East, you will work 60% overseas and 40% Singapore-based, with a basic salary up to S$4,000 plus bonuses and an overseas travel commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for engineering drawings and documentation.
• Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice.
• Comfortable working onboard vessels and participating in sea trials.
• Able to work weekends when required based on vessel schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Dynamic Positioning (DP) System Trial Reports.
• Conduct DP Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Attend sea trials and technical testing onboard vessels.
• Liaise with clients on technical matters and project requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Support project execution and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Travel overseas on short notice to support vessel commissioning and testing.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Location: Vision Exchange, Jurong East

60% Overseas Travel | 40% Singapore-Based

We are looking for a DP Project Engineer to support Dynamic Positioning (DP) system testing, technical documentation, and vessel sea trials. This role involves hands-on marine engineering work, international travel, and coordination with global clients on offshore vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Dynamic Positioning (DP) System Trial Reports.
• Conduct and prepare Dynamic Positioning Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Attend sea trials and technical testing onboard vessels.
• Liaise with clients on technical matters and project requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Support project execution and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Travel overseas on short notice to support vessel commissioning and testing activities.
