Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented documents specialist to support client service and ensure accurate digitisation of paper records.

You will operate high-speed scanners, prepare batches, perform quality checks, and collaborate with the team to meet SLAs while maintaining data privacy.

This role requires at least O-levels and prior scanning or admin experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic recruitment services group.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and cultivate trusted relationships with clients.
• Execute a variety of document imaging tasks with minimal supervision.
• Receive, sort, batch, and prepare hard copy documents for scanning.
• Remove bindings carefully, preserving the integrity of hard copy documents.
• Repair and prepare documents for auto-feed scanning as necessary.
• Operate and maintain high-speed production scanners to convert hard copy documents to digital format.
• Ensure all physical pages are scanned accurately, with clear and correctly oriented images.
• Capture data from scanned images with precision, adhering to performance metrics.
• Conduct quality checks on scanning, data entry, and final digital outputs; perform rework as needed.
• Restore hard copy documents to their original state for archiving.
• Complete daily record-keeping and maintain accurate reporting information.
• Collaborate with the team to identify solutions for efficient service delivery in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
