Establish and maintain effective document control processes, including project registers, filing structures, document numbering protocols, generic project emails, record copies and project-specific document management requirements.
Coordinate project deliverables, comments and RFIs, maintaining relevant registers, managing incoming and outgoing information, tracking and closing comments, and providing status reports where required.
Support project set-up, delivery and close-out activities, including authority submissions, Project Document Management Plans, onboarding and demobilisation of project team members, and ensuring the latest documentation is readily available.
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance, proactively identifying efficiencies within project and regional Document Control processes, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, and completing required training, development and management system responsibilities.
