Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Doctor for Home Care Settings in Singapore. The role involves conducting medical consultations and providing clinical advice to individual patients, along with delivering office-hours consultation to both patients and the medical team.

You will follow up on patients’ wellbeing, review investigations for appropriate care, and lead the delivery of high-quality clinical services.

Qualifications

• Medical degree recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) with full registration.
• Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in home care settings and provide office-hours consultations.

Responsibilities

As a Doctor (Home Care Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct medical consultations and clinical advice to individual patients.

• Provide office-hours consultation / advice to patients and medical team when required.

• Follow up with patient and ensure their wellbeing clinically.

• Ensure investigation sent are reviewed and appropriate care has been given.

• Take the lead in facilitating delivery of high-quality clinical services

• Work closely with other medical professionals to support and ensure consistent approach and delivery of care services.

• Work closely with nursing managers and medical team to contribute overall growth and development.

Requirements:

• Possess a medical degree recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC), with full registration under SMC

• Possess a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine as an added advantage.
