Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains customer relationships at district level.
• Coaches and directs district engineers; handles salary and career planning.
• Acts as primary interface with Product Divisions for tech support and training.
• Monitors mentorship programs and RMA processes, and escalation paths.
• Plans accounts with District Sales Engineer; supports system sales and forecasts.
• Oversees system installation planning and execution; coordinates start-up activities.
• Ensures cost efficiency and financial forecasts within the district.
