Job summary

NEXUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to assist in supervising and monitoring operations schedules, and to plan, coordinate, and schedule work activities, resources and equipment.

You will identify efficiency improvements, resolve issues, report attendance and targets, and participate in recruitment and staff training. Working days are Monday to Saturday, 6.6 day week, with monthly or weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness required.
• Candidates may need to complete Food Safety & Hygiene training.

Responsibilities

• Support/supervise/monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify/improve efficiency; solve problems.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts or emergencies.
• Report attendance and target achievement.
• Recruitment, selection and staff training.
• Other duties as instructed.
