Job summary

SP POWERGRID LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a skilled Substation Maintenance Coordinator to plan, coordinate and oversee maintenance programs. You will manage site activities, supervise contractors, liaise with customers, and ensure timely documentation and reporting, while maintaining budget and safety standards.

A diploma in engineering and 2+ years in Facilities or Engineering are required, with strong planning and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering from recognized Polytechnics in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities or Engineering.
• Strong skills in project planning, execution and management.
• Good skills in statistics and evaluation.
• Valid driving license; own transport would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement substation maintenance programs within budget and schedule.
• Site management; supervise contractors and staff during replacements and repairs.
• Submit claims and documents promptly for job closure.
• Coordinate with customers for access to works.
• Ensure all approvals are obtained before start.
• Coordinate between contractors and customers to fulfill jobs.
• Attend to complaints and feedback from customers and authorities.
• Update records in NMACS and FLINS.
• Standby duties during/after office hours for maintenance work.
• Guide junior officers on maintenance and related works.
• Prepare, update and submit weekly reports and contract status.
