Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance professional in Singapore to support the Risk and Compliance team. You will ensure distribution channels stay compliant with regulations and manage risks in outsourcing activities across the company.

You will collaborate with the CRO division and multiple departments to strengthen governance and oversight. The role focuses on risk assessments, regulatory reporting, and ensuring alignment of training and marketing materials with

Experience in regulated financial institutions.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements to the business.
Excellent communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Maintain oversight and align with Group’s compliance framework and standards.
Conduct risk assessments related to distribution channels and monitor representatives’ activity.
Review customer complaints and investigations for market conduct risks and provide corrective actions.
Review third‑party product training and marketing materials for regulatory alignment.
Review distribution agreements to ensure regulatory compliance.
Ensure regulatory reports and filings are accurate and timely.
Oversee outsourcing activities to ensure compliance with service agreements and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance on market conduct and distribution ethics to internal teams and partners.
Provide regular or ad hoc reporting to governance forums.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects as directed.
