Qualifications

• PhD ≥15 yrs, or Master’s ≥17 yrs, in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience in Thin Film R&D for NAND, specifically in Diffusion, CVD, and Cell Film technologies.
• Proven track record of architecting technical solutions and process-device correlation.
• Strong record of technical contributions with publications/patents.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs advancing innovative breakthroughs in cell film.
• Mentor senior technical leaders and guide critical roadmap decisions.
• Solve challenging technical problems and advocate for efficiency strategies.
• Prepare high-impact technical deliverables such as presentations and patent filings.
