Responsibilities

• Partner units producing intelligence assessments on dissemination timelines and appropriate channels to ensure intelligence reaches the right policymakers in a timely fashion.
• Formulate policies and guidelines that support intelligence assessment delivery operations and govern the usage of the dissemination platforms.
• Coordinate time-sensitive dissemination processes that require quick decision-making and adaptation to changing circumstances.
• Analyse user feedback and platform data to improve policymakers’ experience of SID’s dissemination platforms.
• Review internal tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

You will join a tight-knit, dynamic team responsible for be part of the team that ensures the smooth, secure, and timely delivery of SID’s products intelligence assessments to policy makers. The role is operational and hands-on, requiring officers who can exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. You are responsible for dissemination plans for SID’s assessments, which include coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and improving Part of your work will be to oversee, manage, and drive innovation the SID’s information dissemination platforms and processes

What you will be working on
