Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management is preferred.

• Oversee, manage, and drive innovation of SID's information dissemination platforms.
• Analyse user feedback and improve user experience of dissemination platforms.
• Formulate policies and guidelines supporting product delivery operations.
