Job summary

T&S ECO SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Dishwasher Supervisor to oversee dishwashing and kitchen cleaning operations, ensuring hygiene and smooth workflow.

You will lead the dishwashing team, assign duties, and monitor equipment cleanliness to support the kitchen staff in delivering clean and safe results. Ideal candidates have experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning, good teamwork and communication, and a commitment to food hygiene.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, or a similar role.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Basic understanding of workplace and food hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily dishwashing and cleaning activities.
• Assign duties and manage the workload of the dishwashing team.
• Ensure all plates, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitised.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Monitor the proper operation and cleanliness of dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure sufficient cleaning supplies and report shortages when required.
• Train and guide new staff on proper cleaning and hygiene procedures.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and food hygiene requirements.
• Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning and support duties when necessary.
• Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or operational concerns to management.
