EXTREMERS ADVENTURE PTE LTD is seeking a Dishwasher cum Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe kitchen and premises in Singapore. You will wash, sanitize and store kitchen items, support daily cleaning tasks, and assist with opening/closing duties while following hygiene and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Maintains a clean, safe kitchen and premises.
• Follows food hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning and dishwashing duties.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean and sanitize all plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and other kitchen items.
• Operate and maintain the dishwasher and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
• Clean and maintain toilets, sinks, floors and other surfaces.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Sweep and mop floors and clean dining and back-of-house areas.
• Dispose of rubbish and maintain cleanliness of rubbish areas.
• Ensure crockery and kitchen equipment are dried and stored properly.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Follow hygiene, safety and cleaning procedures at all times.
• Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
