Job summary

RIGHT TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated Dishwashing Supervisor to oversee our outsourced dishwashing services at a client site in Singapore.

The role focuses on supervising dishwashing and related cleaning operations while upholding hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards. You will supervise washing of plates, cups, cutlery, trays, handle soiled items, maintain equipment safety, and ensure compliance with hygiene and food-handling requirements.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in healthcare, food service, environmental or cleaning operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality management systems, infection prevention and control practices, Joint Commission International (JCI) requirements, food safety standards and kitchen cleaning operations.
• Able to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
• Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the washing and cleaning of plates, cups, cutlery, trays and other kitchen/dining items.
• Ensure dishwashing equipment is operated safely and according to the required procedures.
• Ensure proper sorting, rinsing, washing, drying and arrangement of cleaned items.
• Ensure proper handling of soiled crockery and food waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the assigned work area.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food-handling and workplace safety requirements.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and correctly.
• Report damaged equipment, broken items, safety hazards or other issues to the relevant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with site requirements, SOPs and instructions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
