Job summary

RDC Restaurant Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for a diligent dishwasher to join our growing Japanese restaurant brand in Singapore. You will maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, sanitize utensils, and support overall kitchen hygiene.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn through on‑the‑job training. Shifts, weekends and public holidays are included.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment and cookware.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitised.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep the work area organised.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties as required.
• Follow food safety, workplace safety and hygiene standards.
