Job summary

BACHMANN JAPANESE RESTAURANT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher. You will be responsible for washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, as well as assisting in food preparation.

Qualifications

• Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit to do manual tasks.
• Able to operate the dishwasher machine.
• Able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Able to work in a warm, oily, and humid environment.
• Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate.
• Maintain good food hygiene and follows dishwasher’s SOP.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, or pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, equipment, and utensils.
• Place clean dishes and cooking equipment in the storage area.
• Throw rubbish at designated area.
• Clean trash bin.
• Assist in cooking and deep frying by following the recipe.
• Collect soiled dishes from dining area and send to kitchen for cleaning.
• Perform other job duties as requested by Chef.
• Follow company safety SOP and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen.
