Job summary

Grain in Singapore is seeking a dedicated kitchen assistant to support dishwashing and sanitization across our busy kitchen. You will handle washing dishes, organizing utensils, and maintaining clean work areas in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers halal-certified settings, opportunities for overtime pay, monthly incentives, and commissions. Candidates should be punctual, hardworking, and capable of working six days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning and ware washing procedures will be an advantage.
• Punctuality will be required.
• Dedicated and hardworking.
• Positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well and fast.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils using machine or by hand.
• Keep kitchen area and equipment clean and well maintained.
• Store clean dishes and utensils in proper storage areas.
• Maintain cleaning tools and supplies; ensure stock levels.
• Work six days per week.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, flatware, pots, pans, woks, trays, either by dishwashing machine or by hand
• Keep kitchen area, equipment, and utensils in good and clean condition
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
• Ensure that cleaning tools and supplies are maintained and well-stocked
• Work 6 days a week
