GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a School Supervisory Officer to support student behaviour, assist with incident handling, and help run events that foster student development.

You will supervise during detentions, walkabouts, and community service, and maintain firm boundaries with a restorative approach while carrying out duties as assigned by School Leaders.

Qualificações

• GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise students and walkabouts to manage behaviour.
• Supervise students during detention, reflection and community service.
• Assist with incident management through conversations and school records.
• Facilitate school events and student development programmes.
• Maintain firm boundaries using a restorative approach.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.

Working Hours

• Mon & Tue: 7:10am – 3:00pm

• Wed: 7:10am – 1:30pm

• Thu & Fri: 7:10am – 4:00pm

Key Roles

• Perform area supervision and walkabouts to manage student behaviour

• Supervise students during assigned consequences (e.g., detention, reflection, community service)

• Assist Key Personnel with incident management through preliminary conversations and school records

• Facilitate school events and student development programmes

• Maintain firm boundaries using a supportive, restorative approach

• Carry out other duties as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

• Good interpersonal skills

• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience
