Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated School Supervisor to monitor student behaviour during classes, breaks, and supervised activities. You will support Key Personnel in incident handling and help coordinate school events and development programmes.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and 1 year of relevant experience. A firm but restorative approach will help maintain safe boundaries and positive student growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform area supervision and walkabouts to manage student behaviour.
• Supervise students during assigned consequences (e.g., detention, reflection, community service).
• Assist Key Personnel with incident management through preliminary conversations and school records.
• Facilitate school events and student development programmes.
• Maintain firm boundaries using a supportive, restorative approach.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.

Working Hours

• Mon & Tue: 7:10am – 3:00pm

• Wed: 7:10am – 1:30pm

• Thu & Fri: 7:10am – 4:00pm
