A*STAR IMCB invites applications for a Director, Portfolio Management to lead the translational portfolio in ophthalmology and neurology. The role develops milestone-driven programmes, collaborates with scientific leads, project management and external advisors to advance promising biology toward investment-ready plans.

Competenze

• PhD, MD, PharmD or MBA with extensive experience in biomedical translational programmes and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to translate strategic opportunities into milestone-driven projects with clear milestones and risks.
• Experience guiding projects through stage-gate decision processes and external collaborations.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain IMCB's translational ophthalmology and neurology portfolio with clear maturity and development readiness.
• Create project charters with milestones, risks, dependencies and resource needs; enable PIs and teams.
• Establish practical stage-gate frameworks and support decision-ready materials for funding or spin-out opportunities.
