Job summary

TrialCap PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced credit structurer to originate and structure complex credit transactions.

You will lead borrower engagement from dialogue to approval, and coordinate with legal and service providers to ensure timely execution. You will work across equity structuring, operations and finance teams, ensuring seamless deal delivery while maintaining alignment with investment strategies.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in credit structuring, leveraged finance or related fields.
Proven track record with originating and executing credit transactions.
Strong understanding of credit documentation and legal processes.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance and equity structuring teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue term sheets for credit transactions aligned with investment strategy.
Structure transactions across asset classes and tailor solutions to borrowers.
Lead borrower engagement from initial dialogue through credit approval and execution.
Collaborate with external counsel and service providers on documentation.
Review and negotiate credit agreements and security documents.
Coordinate with equity structuring, operations and finance teams to deliver deals.
