Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Smart Manufacturing F10 DS Director to lead data science and FE/TD initiatives, report to the Smart Manufacturing and AI organization, and drive end-to-end smart manufacturing solutions across functions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to prioritise requirements, oversee delivery, and scale solutions from lab to production, applying automation and AI/ML to improve product development and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-year experience in leading Data Science and/or FE/ TD teams.
• Strong exposure to managing different functions/pillars and delivering solutions across technologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the key counterpart for F10 leadership and user community – driving adoption and requirements.
• Lead site and network requirement analysis and prioritization for applications and solutions.
• Create balanced DS engagement with local support and network fanout.
• Conduct regular sync ups with key partners to share ideas and findings.
• Assess solutions capability and influence new solutions into the company.
