Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Smart Manufacturing F10 DS Director in Singapore to lead data science initiatives across the smart manufacturing landscape. The role reports to the Smart Manufacturing and AI organization and focuses on end-to-end solutions, applying automation, AI, and ML to improve product development and operations.

The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive adoption of new data-driven solutions across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS or related field.
• Proven multi-year leadership of Data Science, FE/TD teams delivering cross-functional solutions.
• Exceptional analytical, communication and planning skills, with a track record of delivering transformation.

Responsibilities

• Be the key counterpart for F10 leadership and user community – driving adoption of new solutions and gathering key requirements.
• Lead and review site and network requirement analysis and prioritization based on business needs for applications and solutions.
• Create a balanced DS engagement balancing local support and network knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular sync-ups with key partners to share ideas and findings.
• Assess solutions capability inside and outside the company and influence new solutions to be brought in.
• Collaborate with multiple project teams to understand status and needed support from cross-functional teams.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage competing resources and priorities.
