Qualifications

• Proven track record in infrastructure investment, project finance, or energy sector M&A.
• Deep understanding of renewable energy project development and financing structures in Asia Pacific.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience with investment committee processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and business development activities for renewable energy opportunities across APAC.
• Identify and evaluate greenfield and brownfield investment opportunities.
• Manage the full investment lifecycle from origination through financial close.
• Lead commercial negotiations with various stakeholders.
• Support project development activities including permitting and regulatory engagement.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and investment cases.
• Lead project financing activities including lender engagement and term sheet negotiation.
