Sys-Mac Automation Engineering Pte Ltd seeks an Operations Director to provide overall direction and hands-on leadership for all operations. The role drives growth and profitability by optimizing resources, formulating policies, and implementing profitable short- and long-term programs to streamline workflows.

The candidate will lead strategic initiatives, monitor performance, and collaborate across departments to achieve continuous improvements, with extensive experience in senior operations

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operations Director or similar senior leadership role.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience with progressive management responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational policies and long-term workflow optimization programs.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance for all operational activities.
• Drive workflow optimization and on-time delivery while controlling costs.
• Formulate internal policies and plan allocation of resources, materials and tech.
• Manage vendor relations, contracts and supply chain infrastructure.
• Oversee CapEx and operating spend within approved budgets and cash flow.
• Monitor operational performance against targets and adapt plans as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to support continuous improvements.
• Partner to scale operations and improve customer service and quality.
