Health Sciences Authority invites a Senior/Assistant Director, Processing & Analysis to lead a team of analysts in planning and overseeing intelligence and surveillance into breaches of HSA legislations and regulatory standards.

You will supervise outputs, triage caseloads, coordinate with the Field Intelligence team, guide officers, review SOPs, and drive collaboration with external agencies to strengthen enforcement.

• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the production of intelligence deliverables, ensuring high quality outputs.
• Ensure effective allocation and triaging of caseloads across the team.
• Coordinate with Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director, Field Intelligence for timely follow-up actions.
• Judiciously manage incoming requests from other departments within the Enforcement Cluster.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to officers, identify training opportunities.
• Consolidate and review internal SOPs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Communicate and drive SOPs and workflows with external agencies and partners.
• Build intelligence infrastructure including development of systems to support intelligence work.
