Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Director to lead Digital Tax initiatives, leveraging data analytics, ML/LLMs, and cloud-based solutions to transform tax processes and client outcomes. The role involves developing prototypes, predictive models, and market strategies while managing cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder relationships.

You will collaborate with Tax and Technology experts to automate processes, drive data-driven insights, and deliver value across industries.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Quantitative field with at least 12 years of working experience; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• Experience with data mining, AI models, and LLMs.
• Background in financial or professional services is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to show data value via analytics and visualization.
• Develop prototypes to address business problems with stakeholders.
• Develop predictive modelling, statistics, data mining to extract insights.
• Mine and analyse data to develop new products or improve strategies.
• Develop, use, and maintain predictive/LLM models for business outcomes.
• Apply data-driven risk mitigation while improving user experience.
• Manage end-to-end projects from requirements to research approaches.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and lead client engagements.
• Stay updated on AI industry trends.
